Make snack time a bit different this afternoon with these peanut butter and jelly sushi inspired rolls! These bite-sized wonders are perfect for feeding a bunch of hungry after school guests! And luckily, it’s no more work than making a normal PB&J sandwich!
Supplies:
-Bread
-Peanut Butter
-Nutella
-Jam or jelly
-Rolling Pin
-Knife
-Plate
Directions:
Roll one piece of bread with your rolling pin until it’s flat, then cut off the crusts and apply one of the spreads.
Then, starting on one end, tightly roll the bread up.
Chop the roll into a few pieces and start again with another piece of bread until you have rolls with a different spread in each.
I put mine on the plate and serve them to the kids along side some chopsticks and milk. They’ll get a kick out of the classic treat with a new spin, and you’ll enjoy watching them attempt to use chopsticks! Let us know what your kiddos thought!
