Bunny Donut Pops

If this doesn’t get the kids excited for Easter I don’t know what will! These adorable donut pops are a breeze to make, and so cute darn you almost won’t want to eat them! …Almost.

Ingredients:
Powdered sugar mini donuts
Jet-Puffed Stacker Marshmallows (these are flatter marshmallows intended for smores)
Bunny Cookie Cutter (if you don’t have one that’s ok, but it’s easier with the cutter)
Toothpicks
Milk
Red food coloring
Q-tip
Lollipop sticks
White chocolate (I used white chocolate chips)
Ziplock bag
Pink jellybeans

First, take your bunny cutter and grab the marshmallows. Use the cookie cutter to create just a cut out of the bunny’s ears with the flat marshmallows. If you don’t have the cutter, cut (with cooking scissors or a knife) out the pairs of bunny ears yourself.

Then, gently insert a toothpick into the bottom of each little bunny ear.

Next, with a few tablespoons of milk and two to three drops of red food coloring, mix the combination together until you have pink milk mixture. Then, use the Q-tip to dip into your bowl of pink milk and use it to stain all your little bunny ears with a stripe of pink.

While the ears are drying, melt your white chocolate. Then, dip the top of each lollipop stick into the chocolate before sliding a mini donut onto the top.

Pour the remaining chocolate into a ziplock baggie, and cut the bottom corner to create your own piping bag. Dot the center of each donut and add a little pink jellybean on top. Then just attach the little bunny ears and you’re done!
